Steps to Schedule WhatsApp Messages in Wetarseel
1. Go to the Campaigns Page & Create a new Campaign
To start scheduling your WhatsApp Broadcast, navigate to the Campaigns page in the Wetarseel App and create a new Campaign. There are four steps
2. Select a Pre-Approved WhatsApp Template Message
Choose a WhatsApp-approved message template that aligns with your campaign. Add the required parameter values to customize the message for your audience.

step 4 . Enable the Schedule Date & Time Option
Scroll down and enable the scheduler option to set up the message delivery time.
4. Set the Date, Time & Time Zone for Your Broadcast
Select the preferred date, and, time for your WhatsApp message to ensure it reaches recipients at the right moment.
💡 Pro Tip: Double-check that the time & time zone are accurate to prevent delivery delays.
5. Click “Schedule Campaign”
Once you’ve reviewed all details, click the “Schedule Campaign” button to finalize your WhatsApp message scheduling.
6. Manage Scheduled Broadcasts in the Campaigns Section
If you need to stop a scheduled broadcast, navigate to the Campaigns page and find the Status coloumn with the status “Scheduled.”
Scheduled means to be publish on given date time
Published means already send out to customers
7. Edit or Stop the Scheduled Broadcast
To modify your scheduled message:
- Click “stop” to stop the broadcast
- Click on type to edit date time
That’s it! Your WhatsApp broadcast is now scheduled and ready to be sent at the set time.
