WhatsApp Conversation refers to a 24-hour messaging window that begins when a customer sends a message to a business. A conversation is initiated either when a customer messages the business first or replies to a message sent by the business.
The window is reset every time the customer sends a message. Charges only apply if the business sends Service, Marketing, Utility, or Authentication messages outside the 24-hour window

What is a team inbox in Wetarseel pricing?
In Wetarseel pricing, team inbox is the number of users you can have on your account. Everyone you add works from one shared WhatsApp inbox where conversations can be viewed, assigned and answered. Your plan sets the limit, shown in the Additional Features table above, and Enterprise limits are customized.
What does No. of customers mean in my plan?
No. of customers is your monthly credit for unique customers. Each unique customer you bring in during a month counts toward it, whether they come from a bulk upload, a lead from your website or an ad. Starter includes 10K customers per month and Scale includes 20K. Enterprise is customized.
What if I exceed my monthly customer credit?
You will need to top up your credit or upgrade to a higher plan. Scale doubles the Starter customer credit from 10K to 20K, and Enterprise is customized to your volume. Contact our team and we will help you choose the right option.
What payment methods does Wetarseel accept?
Wetarseel accepts card payments and bank transfers, which makes paying simple for customers in the UAE and Pakistan. Enterprise customers can also be invoiced. Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.
Can I onboard myself on Wetarseel?

Can I add Instagram, Messenger or TikTok to my plan?
Yes, as omni-channel add-ons. Instagram and Messenger cost $10 on Starter and $20 on Scale. TikTok DM costs $15 on Starter and $25 on Scale.
